For a nourishing cold-infusion: As 1-2 tsp of roots to a jar a cover with 8 fl oz of cold water. Let steep up to 12 hrs. Strain and enjoy. Keep leftovers refrigerated and enjoy within 24 hrs.
Optional: use a blender to process roots & water, before steeping.
